I'm a Melbourne-based wedding photographer and I’m so grateful you’ve stopped by.
Your wedding photographer will play such an important role on your wedding day. Not only in capturing beautiful imagery to remember it by, but also by creating an atmosphere that is relaxed, light-hearted and fun. When you look back at your photos, you will remember how you felt above all.
My approach to wedding photography is natural and unobtrusive. I’m a very easy-going person, keenly observant, and passionate about creating gorgeous photos for my couples. Capturing all the beautiful little candid moments and connections between your loved ones throughout your wedding day fills my heart to the brim.
My intuitive nature allows me to find something unique in every couple and bring it to life.

A bit about me
I'm American, but I grew up all over the world because of my dad's job. I'm what you would call a "Third Culture Kid". I lived in Senegal when I was little, I graduated high school at the pyramids in Egypt, and after Uni I taught Drama at international schools in Nicaragua and Singapore. When I'm in the US, I call California home, but I've also lived in Oregon, Washington DC and I got married in Lake Tahoe! I’ve been in Australia for eight years now, and it has my heart.
There are so many places that I have called home, so it is no wonder that I fell in love with photography - it has been the only way I've been able to take pieces of those places with me everywhere I go. While I crave travel and exploring new places, I also love being cozy at home with a cup of tea and my little fam. I have a boy (Jack) and a girl (Phoebe), and a charming husband (Nick).
I love yoga, wine, and musical theatre in equal measure. I've been told I'm very calming, which is handy on a hectic wedding day!“I could write PAGES about how much I love Kyra.
