For these two, having a wedding meant hiring out an ice cream cart and, I quote, “that’s all it was really about”. But when earthing and ring blessings are a part of your ceremony…I could tell there was wayyyy more depth to this sweet union than they let on. So many incredible personal touches when into this day so that it perfectly reflected who they are as a couple: TWO cakes (Minh is a pastry chef), mandatory shoe removal pre-ceremony, a wildly playful first dance, Cup o’Noodles as favours, and more. The only thing Elliot could not figure out how to include, was his love of sky diving… the idea was floated to enter via the sky, but that fantasy was swiftly shut down. Probably wise?

But truthfully, Elliot and Minh had me at ‘barefoot wedding’ and ‘hot pink suit’.
