This beautiful little backyard wedding was an autumn treat! After having their big wedding knocked back by lockdowns, these two decided to scale down their celebration down into something much more intimate. Melissa and Evan love anything vintage, so there were so many stylish thoughtful details throughout, from Evan’s suit and custom suspenders, to the tinned Andy Warhol-esque cocktails. Being autumn, they ran with rich warm colourful tones in their florals. Their venue, Poet’s Lodge, has a really homey feel to it, with so many lovely little nooks for unique and romantic photography. For Mel and Evan, they didn’t want anything too polished, but they did want heaps of heart and style. Mission accomplished!
